2. Technical Training

We can provide free installation guidance and technical training, including videos, manuals, etc. If you need our engineers to provide installation guidance and technical training services on-site, you may need to pay for travel expenses.

3. Problem Product Replacement

Our warranty period is two years for ordinary products and five years for patented products. During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem with our products, it is confirmed that it is not a force majeure factor or human factor. We will negotiate a solution with you and solve issues at our own expense.

1. Product Testing Support

HIGH CLASS has a team of engineers and a laboratory equipped with various experimental equipment for outdoor lights. We can provide simulation reports on luminosity results such as illuminance, luminous efficacy, luminous flux, and other light tests according to the requirements for bidding or projects. We can also provide waterproof testing and salt spray testing according to the climate of the project area to advise our clients on project design and industry standards. We can also offer installation suggestions according to the location of the customer's project, installation spacing, installation height, project purpose, etc. Engineers can also use IES to simulate project lighting effects, allowing customers to propose improvements based on the simulated results.

2. Lamp Configuration Design Support

We can design product specifications for customers according to the bidding documents or the needs of customer projects. Such as the power of solar panels, the capacity of batteries, the material of connecting wires, etc., which are different from the configuration of our conventional products; if there are special requirements and to meet the MOQ, you can redesign the appearance of the lamp housing and break the mold.

3. IoT System

The intelligent solar street light IoT system was independently developed by HIGH CLASS. It can monitor the usage of each solar street light in real-time and conduct remote control through mobile phones, which is convenient for later maintenance and solar street light management.

4. Climate-friendly Design

We cooperate with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and are committed to improving the technology of solar outdoor street lights. We can recommend corresponding waterproof testing standards, high and low-temperature testing standards, salt spray testing standards, lightning surge testing standards, etc., for street lights according to the local climate. The lamp configuration and process are adjusted to meet the corresponding testing standards.

HIGH CLASS can provide our customers with free online product knowledge training, which can be conducted through online videos, online meetings, etc. We are also pleased to provide related product materials for free, such as videos, manuals, etc. You can also send personnel to our company for training, or we can send engineers to the site according to your requirements, but you need to pay the related travel expenses.
