There are many lights experimental equipment in the HIGH CLASS laboratory, which can test the lights to ensure their performance, conduct corresponding inspections, and issue inspection reports for customers according to the needs of customers' projects. At present, the experimental types of equipment owned by HIGH CLASS Laboratory are:
Salt Fog Test Box: artificially simulate the salt spray environment to test the corrosion resistance of solar street lights. When the customer's project is located in a coastal area, we recommend that the customer's solar street light undergo a salt spray test and give a recommended standard.
High and Low-Temperature Test Cabinet: artificially simulate extreme high and low-temperature environments to detect the working temperature of solar batteries. When the customer's project is located in a cold or high-temperature area, such as in Canada, Russia, Africa, etc., we recommend that the customer's lights be tested according to the local min and maximum temperature.
Strong Flushing Water Test Box: artificially simulate the intensity of the water flow of the lights according to the waterproof level, and detect the watertight status of the solar lights. We will recommend customers do this test for outdoor projects. If the project location is rich in the rain, we advise customers to improve the waterproof level.
Lightning Surge Generator: Simulate lightning strike scenarios by generating high-energy (high voltage, high current) surges. When the client's project is located in a thunderstorm high-incidence area, we usually recommend the client's lamps and lanterns for lightning surge detection.
Gonio Photo Meters System: It tests various performance tests of LED modules and lamps, such as luminous flux, light distribution curve, glare level, etc., and can issue test results in IES file format. According to the test results, customers can roughly know the performance and effect of solar lamps.
Light Source Analysis System: It is used to detect the color temperature, light efficiency, luminous angle, etc., of LED lamps. It is one of the pieces of equipment usually used to detect the performance of solar street lamps.
